Education is transitioning, and the traditional models that have guided the transfer of knowledge, and which have been employed by Post-Secondary Institutions worldwide are dramatically shifting. Learning models that were traditionally considered alternative only six months ago, are now being deployed as the future. Knowledge transfer is shifting from an academia lead learning model (educator / classroom / experience) to a focus on the delivery of knowledge, based on the primary use of technology, quality of information and the integrated use of academia / industry experts.

The innagural Catapult Career Conference occured on October 17, 2024 at Woodbine Racetrack.  The 2025 Conference will be managed by The Building Blocks Group, an industry leader in sport management for over 25+ years.
